Changing schematics may result in a blank diagram shown

Explanation

Changing diagram schematics may result in a blank diagram. This is generally the result of a user zooming in on or moving to a section of the schematic. When the schematic is changed Crash Magic retains the zoom and/or move, but the new schematic now contains no data for the section displayed.

Solution

Any time a diagram schematic is changed the users to reset the zoom and locaiton positions of the diagram.

Resetting SVG diagrams:

  1. Right click on the diagram
  2. Select Diagram extents

Resetting Silverlight diagrams:

  1. Click on the magnifying glass button in the diagram
