Crash Magic users that use date range studies, and have the date and time of a collision in a single field may experience this issue. Studies pass the date in query to the collision database. Without a time field entered the database will add a time of midnight. For example if ‘05/20/2008' is entered as the last date for a study, the database will append a time. This will make the date '05/20/2008 00:00:00' in the database.
This also means that a date with a time greater than midnight will not be included if this is the last date of a study. For example if a date range of '05/01/2008' to '05/20/200' is entered for a study the date range of '05/01/2008 00:00:00' to '05/20/2008 00:00:00' will be used by the database. Collisions with a date of '05/20/2008' and a time greater than midnight will not be included in the study. In the previous example a collision with a date of '05/20/2008 00:00:01' is greater than the last date of the study '05/20/2008 00:00:00', so the collision will not be included in the study.
